She actually listens to your concerns acts accordingly as the whole team does. At the end of the process friendships have formed what more can you say. I chose Kelly to help sell my house in North Dallas/Farmers Branch. It was my first time to sell a home, so I had lots of questions. The house went on the market the week before Christmas (a weird time for the area), and there was a contract on it by mid-February! Kelly was aggressive about marketing, how the house was shown, where it was featured, and how she approached the entire DFW real estate market. Everything Kelly did was absolutely amazing, intentional, and focused on the end goal - selling the house for the best price. Because of her expertise, Kelly has very advantageous listing visibility (which is a benefit for someone who is selling) on several platforms. For offers on the house, Kelly walked me through the response options, gave her opinion (which I wanted), but never pressured me to do what she thought. Every decision was mine, and supported by Kelly and her entire group. Once the contract was executed, Kelly and Shelly (who is a total rockstar) walked me through the process of option periods, needed/agreed upon repairs, and the final items that need to be addressed when selling a home. Even with some unexpected issues (somewhat minor, and they happen), Kelly and Shelly were true professionals with every response they provided to me. They continually advocated on my behalf, and were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. The title company they use is also amazing - very wonderful for every step! If I ever need to buy a house (or sell another one), I will only call Kelly. There is no other agent in the DFW area that can compare to her professionalism, compassion, market savvy, and acumen in DFW real estate. I used a different agent when I purchased my house in 2022, and only wished I would have known about Kelly and her team at that time.
